Summary: House was perfect for our stay. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, meticulously clean. Host was more than accommodating. Cannot say enough good things about this rental.

Summary: House is beautiful large backyard, bbq grill with a fire pit and plenty of seating. House was spacious and bedrooms beautiful. Kitchen had everything you could imagine for cooking. Close to so many things and just a short drive to Newport and the wharf. You can’t go wrong renting. The host was amazing and even was accommodating when we had to come in a day early.

Summary: Everything was excellent. The master bedroom tended to be much colder than all other bedrooms. The heating system a bit difficult to regulate. Loved the the house and amenities.

Summary: Had a very nice stay at this home for a long weekend centered around parents weekend at URI. Close enough to the campus and even closer to Newport attactions and activities.

Summary: When someone is running the Newport Half Marathon, you obviously make it a girls weekend! We had a great stay, just over the bridge in Jamestown. The house was as described and perfect for the 7 of us in our group. We really enjoyed hanging by the fire and it was great to save some money and not have to eat out for every meal. The kitchen was fully stocked, plus some extras! The home was welcoming and very clean. We would come back again for sure :)

Summary: Clean, well-appointed home well stocked with everything you need to start enjoying your vacation immediately. Location within walking distance of downtown couldn’t have been more convenient. Home was clean and comfortable and had ample room for all 7 of us. Would be happy to return for another stay.

Summary: Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the super comfy beds. The house was the perfect size, and we had all of the space that we needed, inside and out. The host, Justine, was very easy to communicate with, and she went out of her way to provide all of the extras, like boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs etc, which made our vacation that much easier and more fun. From the house there is very easy access to Newport, and we also enjoyed the Narraganset beaches. If interested in renting a boat for a few hours, Wickford Boat rentals is only a 15 minute drive away. We had a great time, and would not hesitate to return when we are back in Rhode Island.
